I was wondering the same exact thing! I just started the program today and couldn't figure out how to log it!

I use Endomondo and a heartrate monitor while doing DDPYoga. In Endomondo, I track it as just "yoga". I'm not sure if that's right or not. If I had to guess, I'd say that calling it "just" yoga undercounts the calories burned. So be it, though.

I'm averaging about 220 calories burned in the Fat Burner regimen. Since burn is based on weight, HR, sex, etc, YMWV.

I had never heard of DDPYoga before, and I just wanted to thank you for posting about it.
Last year I shattered my knee, and tonight I had been searching for beginner bodyweight routines... and was crying because I knew how much pain I would be in to try pretty much any of them.
I was about to post asking for advice on here, but saw this and went to the site. Then saw the video about Arthur. And I am pretty sure this is EXACTLY the workout I've been looking for. More than traditional yoga, less than hurting myself trying to do a body weight exercise that involves jumping/twisting.
    So thanks!
