How did everyone do today? Today was my work-out day off, so unfortunately no working out today. But tomorrow, stairs, weights and some treadmill...(to be honest, some of my least favourite things!)

  • well honestly i kind of need help... When it comes to a work out i start all pumped but after a while i get bored, i like fast walking but im trying to see what else should i try and believe me i have tried alot, any suggestions??
  • Have you tried joining a gym? I find that for myself, group fitness is the way to go, otherwise I get really bored. I need some sort of interaction...
