    Question: Did you need to add any baking soda or powder to get them to rise? Could you post the recipe again here, in the video you said 1 banana, but it looked like you added another at the end.

    Nothing other than the ingredients listed :)

    Those things may def help though..

    1/4 cup egg whites

    Haha! Love it! I make a similar pancake with 2 eggs, a banana, and sunflower seed butter (or really any nut butter available). They are delicious and rise beautifully!

    I like this idea may give it a shot. I did realize this morning that they don't do much rising.
