My Body Revolution results!

I just wanted to share my results from doing the 90day program: Jillian Michael's body revolution. I think what I enjoyed the most from the program was how much it developed my core strength. I did not follow the diet plan but I did do my calorie tracking everyday through MFP.

Starting weight @ 252
Ending weight @ 230ish
