Whats the best way to satisfy your sweet tooth? something easy on the calories and bad fats, and sugar of course?
And please don't say fruit, I'm fructose intolerant.... I really can't have fruit that often. and no artificial sweeteners, I'm not going to debate why, just no thanks.

Hartleys low calorie jelly pots they are only 10 calories per pot and they come in lots of scrummy flavours0

1 cookie or one serving of ice cream is usually under 200 calories, surely you can work that in some how.0

i like air popped popcorn with a TBS of semi-sweet chocolate chips or 2-3 pieces of nice chocolate (it's richer so it satisfies me more. Sometimes a couple pieces of hard candy is nice too because it lasts longer. And I know you don't want fruit, but I'll make a dip with raspberry yogurt (lite) and whipped cream (lite) to dip fruit in but I'm sure you can just eat it plain as it's very fluffy.0

A serving of ice cream or a small piece of dark chocolate.
Or dark chocolate covered coffee beans.0 -
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tbs oats
1 tsp honey0 -
Piece of chocolate. Although...many times I'm craving something sweet I really want something else.0

chai tea. or lemon zinger tea from celestial seasonings with a dollop of soy milk.
or if you're looking for solids, maybe Altoids Curiously Strong Peppermint mints. I have 2 or 3 of those and then it turns me off of food for a bit. About 2 grams of sugar per 3 mints.
Or try other hard candies, as long as you can restrain yourself from turning them into "chewable" candies.
edit: chocolate meringue cookies. somewhere between 11 and 33 calories a cookie. If you eat just 3 to 5, very reasonable.0 -
If I want something sweet but I am not sure why (maybe I'm bored, irritated, stressed) I hit up one or two lifesavers. I like the wintergreen flavors the best, because they are so intense and take a while to melt.
I also like to eat jello. Sweet, low-cal, fun to eat.
Oooh, and popsicles!0 -
Danio yoghurt - 150 calories
Minimilk ice lolly
Salt and sweet proppercorn
These are my go to for sweeties, but yeah, vanilla ice cream with a banana and chocolate sauce - heaven. (You could skip the banana for some nuts - just for texture)0 -
Fiber one brownies for me, I have 1 everyday. I try to look for sweet snacks that have fiber so I dont feel Im just eating empty carbs.0

Weight Watchers giant fudge bar. Yum! Very satisfying. 100 calories.0

My go to sweet thing is honey popcorn.
1/8cup popcorn kernels
1tbsp honey
1tsp butter
Throw it in a pot on high heat and when the kernels pop they get covered in the honey mixture. I let it cool in the bowl before eating and its delicious. Crunchy and sweet. Sometimes i add a pinch of salt for a sweet and salty taste.0 -
Quest peanut butter cups
1- is 120 calories 5 carb 8.5 fat 10 protein 0 sugar
Tastes just like Reese's0 -
My favorite is ice cream. I like Edy's slow-churned when I need lower calories/fat. Talenti gelato is my choice if I've got a little more leeway.
I don't know that you're going to be able to satisfy your sweet tooth without a lot of sugar or artificial sweetener, but dark chocolate might be a decent option for you.0 -
Fiber one has a NEW cereal that is 80 calories for 3/4 cup and it is CHOCOLATE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I put each cup full into a snack ziplock and then I have my sweet crunchy on hand. LOVE LOVE LOVE it0

Try 3/4 of a cup of Cinnamon Life cereal - without milk - 120 calories. Eat it piece by piece. It worked for me. I lost 105 pounds over a 2 year period.0

1, 1/4 cup serving of Honey roasted peanuts.0
-
Hunt's snack pack pudding.0

Definitely agree with the jelly.
I also love the low fat/calorie hot chocolate type drinks, the whole cup has 40 calories, satisfies the sweet craving but also takes a while to drink so lasts a while and fills me up if I'm a bit peckish.
Or if I want a quick fix I will vary occasionally dip a teaspoon in the golden syrup jar and eat that, super sweet, not too many calories but super high in sugar!!0 -
Yogurt and honey might do the trick for you.
I also love peanut butter on a graham cracker. It's not super sweet but definitely is a treat/indulgence for me.0 -
I love the Options hot chocolate range as they come in a lot of different flavours so they're really yummy and never boring. I also like Muller light yoghurts, low-calorie cereal bars, or plain biscuits -- anything under 100 calories.0

if you are into peanut butter, maybe try P2B, 45 calories/2 tbsp0

Nakd raw fruit bars I love the orange chocolate flavour! It gives you the really sweet hit and does the trick for me. Although I have also just discovered dark chocolate flavoured chips just had the rasberry flavour. The bag is under 100 calories and is lovely, and I couldnt finish it (this is unheard of for me).0

Good alternative sweet things are maple syrup or dark agave nectar as they both have fewer calories than same amount of sugar. More expensive, but then what price your health?
I'm in the UK, so love Del Monte raspberry or mango smoothie bars (92 cals) or Wall's Solero passion fruit coated ice-cream bar for 94 cals. Often get 2 boxes (6) for 3 quid, 50p a lolly.
Best diet pud for me is Ambrosia Rice Pudding. 100g/99cals and that's for the full fat version. Usually around 95p but watch out for offers as we've bought it for 50p/400g can from Asda. Makes a great hot breakfast in winter as it only takes 45-60 secs to heat in the microwave.0 -
in for ideas.
When I need a chocolate fix but don't want to "waste" my calories on something with little nutrition, I'll add half to one serving of chocolate milk powder to my chocolate protein powder, and mix it with skim milk instead of water. It really boosts the chocolate flavor and I feel better about drinking it since I'm getting over 30 grams of protein with it.0
