Hi Everyone,
Am really new to this and exercise and having over 100lbs to lose. I really need all the help, support and motivation that i can get to help me lose the weight. I would really love to make friends and hear from you guys on how to go about this even if its just a motivational message. I am really determine to do this and i know i can do it.

Hello there, I am not new to diet and exercise, but am new to using myfitnesspals as a tool. I have found myself just ounces away from 200 lbs again, so I decided to give this forum a chance and see if it would help me be more accountable to sticking to the healthy eating choices. I'm not following a specific program or diet, but am just trying to eat a little more "clean", making my staples veggies, fruits, lean meats, etc...trying to cut out the junk and refines/processed foods. I'll do my best and try not to mess up too much. I have put it out there on my facebook page that I'm starting this, so I will have accountability and friends support and encouragement, because I tend to start strong then fizzle out, getting frustrated and missing the "junk food"...then I usually binge and gain back everything I've lost up to that point and sometimes more. I want to break that cycle in my life and make a true lifestyle change that is permanent.....I have about 30-40 lbs I'd like to lose by next august (my daughters wedding), so I'm starting now to give myself plenty of time to go slow and steady....Thanks in advance for your help and support.0

Hi Everyone i'm not new to diet and exercise but struggle with the yo-yo and being consistent. I need some help with accountability. I don't log exercise right now since i am only allowed to weigh once a month but i do acknowledge it in my food diary . Hello, I joined today because I need to lose over 100 lbs. The excess weight really packed on after I had surgery to remove my Thyroid and the follow up cancer treatments. I have tried many diets and have never lost over 30 lbs. Then i I heard about this app and decided to try it. I hope a more structured program and support will help me achieve my fitness goals. Feel free to add me if you need some support. I know we can all do this with "a little help from our friends".0
