Congrats! It is such a good feeling to hit that next milestone. I hit 51 lbs gone today and feel fantastic, even if I still have many more to lose. Keep your eye on the final target and then stay there, it is a lifestyle. :flowerforyou:0

Congratulations! I can tell by your picture I'm much older than you, but, we have about the same amount of weight to lose. I'm just beginning my journey, with 11 pounds down of the 124 I need to lose. I know it will be harder the nearer we get to goal. I wish you success and the tenacity to continue.0
