    I'll make mine public for you. please disregard yesterdays snacks. I was struggling to get in my calories so I ate something bad for me.

    My diary is always open....have at it! :)
    I think it's wonderful that people keep theirs open for this exact reason! We can always use examples for new or healthy meal ideas. Afterall, what's to hide? :wink:

    Mine is public as well. Didn't do so well tracking over the summer. This past week is pretty good, and back in the winter, like January through March and April are pretty complete as well.
