    13 is in some cultures not considered unlucky number, west culture made it that.

    Same goes for 666, it isn't devils number, but west also made it that (but still like 667 neighbor of the beat, rolls of tongue so nicely)

    I think where people are using a language that happens to not be their first language (as I suspect is the case here) then it is not unreasonable to expect people to cut them some slack.
