Tomorrow morning will be my second week of the level 1 of the 30 Day Shred.

I see very small differences BUT I feel the differences.

One of which is the inch I have to my step. I am walking quicker. I am dashing upstairs quicker.

Its great to feel that again and its been a while!


What I would like to ask is when i am done with 30DS whats next?

I want to target abs/upper body - is there another good workout from Jillian for that?

    There are loads of other JM DVDs to enjoy!

    Ripped in 30, No More Trouble Zones, 6 week 6 pack.

    I am doing the 6 week 6 pack - 7 days down, haven't changed my diet and I am noticing a visible difference in my ab area. :D

    I am doing ripped in 30 and Killer Abs, these two workouts (plus walking & a tiny bit of running) is the only exercises I do, I have lost 15lbs :)

    When I get my fitness up i.e. complete 30DS do you think its possible to do for example Ripped in 30 and Killer abs together? One in the morning and one in the evening, interspersed with running?
