My personal recipe for killer abs is mostly lifting, some cardio, and no ab exercises.

Heavy lifting first, then cardio. I wouldn't worry about the ab exercises. Your abs will come in time.0

I figured that I will reduce my caloires and only do ab workouts. This way when the 200lbs comes off, ill have awesome abs, no waiting!
Or you know, Lift good, some cardio, good diet and you are off the races.0 -

do these everyday, because you can train abs every day because they are somehow different to every other muscle in the body0 -
I personally think it's best to focus on strength training, with 20-30 minutes of cardio thrown in on your off days. I heard a lot of other guys say they got down to low bodyfat with nothing but proper diet and strength training, however.0

How tall are you? Is your sig correct? 130 lb and 39 lb to go? That is extremely skinny unless you're really short.

Do your strength workouts and run a calorie deficit. I do abs after everything else has been taken care of, on lower body day. Sometimes just a set of pikes with the TRX and that's it. They are just waiting to pop out once I drop a few more pounds of fat.0

Even at 5'4, 100 lbs is a very unhealthy weight for anyone! You don't need to eat at a calorie deficit. 140 lbs is probably about where you should be in terms of weight.0 -

If it's quite low, then actually, this is gonna be super easy and no deficit will be required. Just deadlifts and push-ups0 -
How is it that your options don't include diet? Abs are made in the kitchen... No matter how many ab exercises you do, you won't see them without loosing the body fat0
