Goal! 62lbs in 1 year, pics

Very pleased to have reached my goal today, so sharing a couple of pics as I have enjoyed seeing everyone else's before and afters and found them inspiring. Gone from 230lbs to 168lbs and couldn't have done it without MFP.

    neilshane - I love the sax even more, it's a 1926 Buescher True Tone

    Well, I hit goal but I decided to celebrate by setting a new, lower target :smile:
