Hey Everyone!

So earlier this last weekend I finally reached a personal breaking point. For the first time I looked at myself in the mirror and really took in what I saw. It was not very pretty. It wasn't very healthy either. The worst part was that I did this to myself. Waking up this morning, I knew that I couldn't keep letting myself live the way I had been, so I signed up here and decided today is the day that I change. There's plenty of work ahead of me, but it looks like there are similar people here and I hope we can support and motivate each other to reach out goals.
