P90/P90 Master Series/P90x supplements?

Hey everyone, simple question. This constantly comes up during the videos - "use our supplements!" Well, what supplements are they? I got my DVD's second hand.

I usually will have a smoothie/protein shake OR dinner immediately following a workout, but that's about it. What else do they expect you to be using?

    Famous "Recovery Formula"? It's some quick acting carbs, whey protein and a pinch of creatine. I don't think it's worth money they're asking, there are better supplements on the market for that price.

    LOL, so it's basically the exact same thing as the 12$ body fortress tubs at walmart. Exactly what I needed to know - I'll stick with my plain unsweetened whey. Thank you!
