Feeling super hungry after eating sugar?

So I have noticed that always when I ate something sweet later that day, after couple hours, I feel very hungry. And at days I don't ate anything sweet I don't feel hungry. Even if I'm full I just wanna ate something... anything.

It's not because I ate sugar and not ate normal foods because I don't have enough calories left tho. For example one day I ate like 200 grams of sweet raisins cos I had 600 spare calories left from workout a few hours before at morning and then couple of hours after I felt like super hungry. Another day I ate pretty much the same meals only did not took anything sweet and just left those exercise calories unused and didn't felt hungry. I don't know scientific explanation behind this but I blame it on sugar for sure, sugar makes me hungry and that's a fact. I will need to do a research on this later as why it is.

Just wondering, does anybody else have the same problem?

Bump. Any input? Am I only one with such wonders?

    Nobody? Really? O well... :/
  • Yes, I also have that. I call it "sugar hunger." It feels different from regular hunger -- my stomach can feel stuffed but I still have strong hunger pains.
