    These pictures are great! I just now joined and have a while to go but all of you motivate me to stick to this! I've tried to lose weight before and failed :( I shall not fail this time!

    Hopefully the pics post alright. This is my first posting with a "before" pic. I am so embarrassed about how far I let myself go. The picture on the left is from when I began this journey about 4 1/2 months ago. The second is from maybe 3-4 weeks ago. I still can't bring myself to post any full body shots (hopefully when I gain a bit more confidence and lose a few more pounds).

    Congrats to everyone, you all look fabulous!!

    First one was a little after the start of my journey ~ I had already lost around 10lbs. The second was a further 35lbs down the road ~ around 18 months later. Not changed much since then; although the hair is longer again! I always swore I'd get it all chopped off once I lost the chins! :o)

    I am 5'7 and weighed 165lbs in my left photos. Currently at 143lbs in my right photos.

    DL photo is me at 242, the middle pic I was about at 215 (not a huge difference) and the last photo was me at 187. Got some more work to do, but definitely getting there!

    Its amazing how much the face changes when you lose weight for me everything becomes more prominent jawline etc..
    I find that i store alot of fat on chin haha when ive got extra weight.

    Oh the horrors of looking at my old face. Ugh. So....the before and after is pretty obvious I think

    Nice work, Everybody!

    First thing I noticed was how pretty much everybodys eyes look bigger and brighter in the After pics. Almost like the cheeks were closing the eyes slightly in the Before pics.

    Again, good job, All. Keep up the good work.

    You can definitely see a difference, and you also look much happier! I think that is my favorite part of all of these photos. Getting healthy clearly just makes people happier!!
