How do I get over my hatred for my body?

sorry to say this but their is really no way anyone can answer this question for you. If you dislike your body odds are you will always dislike it. the only think that can be done to change this perception is your actions and thoughts, Personally I would make a list, of things you like and dont like a bout your body.
I like my eyes, I like my strong calfs, or my bigger chest.
I dont like my size I dont like the limited pretty things I can wear, etc
Use the positive ones to stay motivated you are beautiful in your own way and work on improving the negatives like size and weight, If you focus on the positives about your self you will most likely grow to like your body and the other is just perception and health.
