I am getting tired of baked sweet potatoes.....
Anybody got any other low-calorie recipe for sweet potatoes?

    Cube the raw potato toss in olive oil spray for sweet sprinkle with cinnamon or your favorite spice bake @ 400 until soft in center or cut em in french fry shapes and toss in egg whites with a bit of salt & pepper!! YUM

    Definitely fries! Drizzle with olive oil and spices of your choice (garlic or onion powder, chili powder, paprika, etc) and a sprinkle of sugar helps them "crisp up".
