I just bought the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. Anyone know how to track the exercise values for it?

circuit training under the cardio should be pretty close for you ~ best of luck!0

I use an HRM. If you don't have one, I think circuit training in the database is pretty close to accurate.0

I've heard you can mark it as circuit training,general ... then put in how every many minutes you do it for... usually 20 minutes. Good luck with the shred!! I'm on L2D7...it's hard to do everyday but you can do it!! It's only 20 minutes. Good luck!0

I just did my Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred and that is how I usually track it, Circuit Training. It really challenges me. Jillian scares the pants right off of me!0
