... or that to those sickos out there :P
I'm talking about my thighs rubbing together when i walk. It only does it at the top of my thighs, but holy moley. Any suggestions?

Baby powder if you have some around but Body Glide is less messy.0

Also good for long motorcycle and horse back rides.

Antiperspirant always did the trick for me0

So glad someone else brought this up! When I hike, it's usually for several hours and I've had to wear my husbands chonies after because I got so rubbed up. (Very embarrassing) Will body glide and baby powder work for long hikes? My concern is being in an area that is wide open and needing to reapply.

May not be comfortable or practical for all, but coconut oil(or maybe some other kind).0

Body glide holds up through marathons so I think a long hike is doable.0 -
Gold bond sells an anti friction stick that works awesome. Once we got it we realized it looks and feels just like deodorant so that should do the trick.0

I call that "chub rub". Body Glide works great! $5 at a sporting goods store. And make sure you're wearing shorts NOT made of cotton - that will rub you raw for sure.0

In the uk we have one called lanacain anti chaffing gel, works like a charm!! Its great if you have shoes which rub too (top tip there)0

Thank you!0

Monistat makes a chafing gel that's AMAZING. It feels like silk on your legs and helps me TREMENDOUSLY, especially in summer months and whenever I wear a skirt or dress. You can get it in the feminine area of the store.0

Lady speed stick or any other of those solid deoderant/anti-perspitants.
I used to use baby powder and it works, but it is messy to put on, especially to re-apply if you are out. Then I discovered those solid deoderants did the trick. First time I've been able to wear skirts in summer in decades.0 -
Does baby powder work all day? I currently wear leggings cut to short-length under skirts and dresses but that's a bit annoying.0

^^ This. It also doubles as dupe for smashbox photo ready primer. And it's cheap. My vote is for this product0 -

I use extra long compression style underwear. I find the regular ones will creep up into the crease of crotch. Get the good kind (I use Saxxs but that is no good to you), the ones that move moisture off of your skin.0

you need to reapply, which makes it a bit inconvenient if you are out and about.0 -
Body glide and/or compression shorts/tights.
Bingo!!! This!!!! I have lost a boat load of weight and believe you me have some inner thigh issues but compression shorts and body glide are a God Send.... Best of Luck0 -

Body Glide didn't work as well for me as just regular deodorant does for me. But still have to reapply often.0 -

^^^This. That stuff is amazing. We use before motorcycle rides and my son used before every football practice.0 -
I don't own pants, only skirts and leggings. I find that deodorant lasts longer for me than Body Glide but I still have to reapply often. I'd do tiny shorts bu they just ride up into the crotch/thigh creases. I have awesome leg tattoos no one ever gets to see cuz I gotta keep that barrier on.0

Use Vaseline. That really cuts down on the burn.0

the same goop lady bike riders to prevent chafing (like DZ Nuts, Hoo Hoo Cream or noxema). THe bike creams are formulated to last a long time and thu sweat, etc.0

monistat makes an anti chaffing gel. (which is also an excellent foundation primer)0

Thank you so much! I will definitely pick up some body glide! And as an added bonus, my 4 year old husband is now officially grossed out!0
