A friend of mine, it turns out, is a personal trainer. I asked her some things about lifting, and she asked me if I wanted to do a fitness dvd with her. I said yes, and was a little scared. I thought I'd totally make a fool of myself, 6 pregnancies, still officially overweight. I started shred three weeks ago, though.

However, I was in very good form. I did feel it was kind of exhausting, but ridiculous compared to Jilian. I was really proud, and happy seeing that those three weeks had made such a difference! Yay!
