    Tooo All of you..... Thank you... all of your comments.. are sooo meaning ful... i hope i can be just like all of you... ive never felt this way about weight loss.. i actually am enjoying it.. and im comfortable.. and yes its worth all the effort!!

    WELL.. lol.. do i take that as a compliment....LOLOLOLOL.. sure i do.. but no.. my scale is the same as .. shhh i didnt say this...:; whisper:: but weight watchers.. so im pretty sure its 18... im only 5 1 so im hoping thats the reason for the dramatic difference.

    You got that right! It IS enjoyable, and I sure never thought I'd EVER say something like THAT about a diet! But then again, it's NOT a diet, it's a lifestyle change. And one I think I can stay with forever!:happy:
