Power walk with heavy hands

I am amazed how this is working for me! I use two approximately 3 pound rocks in each hand and go out in the morning for my power walk. The resistance on my arms is one thing, but the abs! The gluteus! My sides! I am getting a WHOLE body work out during the 80 or 110 minute work out and what a difference!!! I have lost a total of 12 inches- 2 off thighs, 3 off waist, 1 off of upper arms, 3 off butt and 3 off bust in the 4 weeks I started using the rocks!!! This really ROCKS!!!

That's pretty awesome. Something to consider down the road is acquiring a weighted vest. This will spread more weight over more of your body and really require your core to engage those muscles. Keep up the great work!0

Weighted vest! I didn't know one could get one of these. In the mean time, I have been using my free weights in my back pack. A bit awkward but it can add another few pounds and up the calorie burn.0
