Hi everyone

I joined this evening. Looking to lose 7-10lbs before I go on holiday but long term goal is to get back down to my wedding day weight of 9stone (got married last October and have put on 21lbs!!).

Already love the food diary so easy to use only wish I had found this site earlier when I started dieting for the holiday!

Looking forward to sharing hints, tips, moans & groans :tongue:

    I also am new to this. I would like to lose about 20 or 30 pounds and hopefully keeping track of my food and excercise will keep me focused!
