New member. I have tried all sorts of sites and diets. I need to lose 30lbs at a minimum. Here's to hoping this site gives me good pointers.

    this is a great site. You will find alot of motivation and encouragement. Keep track of your diet and exercise daily. You can do it

    Let's just say at this point I log my food as soon as I eat it. Not everyone is that way but it's just something I try to follow as a rule. People seem to have all kinds of healthy ideas for eating as well as exercising so i'm sure you'll find good stuff there. The website helps you keep track of it all. Myself? I was more in the mood to make the change and make the extra effort than I ever remember being for the past few years. I've exercised before but never could kick the diet sodas or sodas. Now, by avoiding fast food and eating better and exercising it's all working pretty well for me. I started June 30th this year.

    I'm there with you.. .. I have experimented with every diet out there. I have been battling 30 lbs since I quit smoking 5 years ago. Everytime I lose I eventually gain back. Now every year older I get the harder it seems. Feel free to friend request me if you need a friend.

    New to this site, not new to dieting! Have the same 15-20 lbs to lose for what seems like forever! Trying to drink more water and this site helps to track! Love that! Tryin to get motivated (again), find the time to excercise everyday (at least 3 days anyway). It's tough and I know it's a full comittment. Well here's to a great first day!
