Ok I wasnt going to post this but my friends encouraged me too. My weightloss to date :smile:

    Thankyou everyone for the kind words, I feel great now not 100% but i still have a way to go before Im happy. Im kind of stagnating at the moment so time to kick it up a notch and get moving again.

    The first pic I absolutely despise now but I wasnt too well at that stage of my life, always coming down with some bug or virus. Now Im doing something I havent really been sick and find it easier to fight off infections.
