Had a delicious dessert last night!
- 3/4 cup of organic bio natural yoghurt (nice and creamy and tangy)
- 1 handful of frozen mixed berries (left to defrost for 10 so they get all juicy but make everything icey cold)
- Swirl in 1 tsp of organic liquid honey
It was sweet, creamy, delicious and only 160 ish cals! Plus full of good stuff like antioxidants highly recommend when you just want something sweet after dinner, and it looked great to (the white yoghurt, pink swirled berries and golden honey)
YUM
