how do I sync this to myfitnesspal?

  I don't remember how I did it exactly. I believe I googled your exact question and followed the instructions.

  You can link it by clicking on the Apps Gallery at the bottom of the Fitbit page and then choosing My Fitness Pal. It will ask you to authorize the link and then you're set.
