What happens when you reach your goal?

When I started using MFP, I put in my height/weight, goal weight, and goal/week loss, and it gave me my calorie target. All good so far.
I'm expecting to hit my goal weight this month or early next, and wonder if MFP will pick up from my weight checkin, and adjust my daily calorie target? Will I need to go change the weight loss per week goal, or will MFP just ignore that once I'm at my target?

MFP doesn't modify its settings based on your weight loss. You have to recalibrate it manually.

You'll need to reset to maintain instead of having a loss deficit. The fun part is figuring out just where that balance is that keeps you at your goal weight.

Oh, well. I had been wondering about this for a while. It's no big deal to go in and change to 0/week, but it also shouldn't have been a difficult programming check to look at the last weigh in value before looking at the desired loss/week value.

Looking forward to getting my 500 calories back :-)
