Any women in their thirties trying yo lose weight?

Hi everyone!! I am looking for friends in their thirties that have 100 pounds or more to lose. I am currently at around 250 and need to go down to 150. Would love to add friends that know what challenges and obstacles are involved in this process.

  • Hello I am that woman!! Please feel free to check out my profile and add me. i am fairly new to the site and always looking for support along this weight loss journey. i have found that weight loss seems harder in my thirties, but perhaps I have other priorities as well. i dont know! but i am ready to make myself a priority and am willing to support others along the way.

Almost...I'm in my 30s and am trying to lose 40-50 lbs. It's a struggle to juggle work, kids, Mt. St. Dirty Laundry and everything else! I'd be happy to have another buddy, if you care to add me.

Hi, I'm right there with you and feel free to add me as a friend. I'm 35 soon to be 36 in 2 months. At my heaviest I was 263, I'm now currently at 209.5 my 1st milestone goal is to get to 180 but final goal weight is to get to 165-150. I didn't join the site until May but I began my weightloss journey in January, keeping a handwritten journal of everything I ate and the miles I walked. This site is a great place to find support and motivation and I love it.

Yup. I'm 39. Started in the deep end of the 300s, now in the deep end of the 200s. I'll re-evaluate when I'm in the deepest end of the 100's. Having been overweight and/or obese my entire life I'm not quite sure what the final goal will be.
