Hello. My name is Jessica. I am a 28 year old Army Wife and mother of 2. My oldest is turning 2 years old next month and my youngest is only 5 1/2 months. I have spent the last 3 summers pregnant (I miscarried my first), so I really need to get my body back! My husband is currently deployed and I decided it is a great time for me to start my weight loss journey and be healthy. It has been a challenge for me with 2 little ones, but I try to do what I can. I do workout videos while the oldest one naps, I am involved in a Mommy and Me Bootcamp, I also decided to start the Couch to 5K challenge on my own and have also been doing a Squat challenge on my own, as well as Jilian Michaels 30 Day Shred challenge. Running has been difficult for me, as I normally have to run while pushing my kids in the double stroller, but I am hoping to be able to run at least a mile without stopping. I also have between 30-45 pounds that I would like to take off, but I am very determined to get healthy and stay fit!

Its such a challenge getting these pounds to move! I'm here if you need someone to talk to.

Hi Jessica. I'm a 45 year old guy trying to get fit for my wife and kids. I've been doing this for a month and can't begin to count the calories that I've lost due to motivation from a bunch of different mfp friends all over the country (and I think some are in England). I originally thought a bunch of 40's guys would be my best motivation, but I now love the diversity of my friend group. Feel free to add me if you want.
