    Thanks , yes as asian we eat rice since we are babies so i really can't cut that out , the thing that i can only reduce is my calorie intake, mybe live without rice is not a life for me also my moms dish perfectly with rice :)

    If white rice is bad some of my food picks must be off the charts! Carry on, and feel free to post pictures and recipes for all those things with nasty nasty rice :)
