More before and after photos

This is me with my Dad in Jamaica last August at my starting weight of around 210 pounds

This is me on Tuesday - I haven't weighed myself recently because I prefer to just see how I look and feel but I would guess that I am around 185 pounds at the moment.

Throughout my diet I have had problems accepting compliments and being able to see the improvement in myself but when I saw this photo I began to realise that my hard work is paying off!

I really hope I've got the photo format right and that they are in the right order!

    I love your anti-scale approach. If I find I am too sensitive to the scale readings I will skip it for a couple of weeks. I don't know what my finish weight should be so when I get close I plan to lose the scale till I feel real good and then see where I ended up.

    Thank you all VERY much for the encouragement - I don't know what I would do without my MFP friends - as you can see all my friends are tiny so I rely on you guys to understand what I'm going through with my weight. Your positive comments mean the world to me so thankyou again!
