Hi everyone, ive been working on my weight for some time now. Ive tried everything you can try to lose weigh except good ol calorie counting and hard work. Ive realized that I need to change my life and I need some friends to help! Ive already started hitting the gym but im new so it is a learning progress like everyone else thats new. I have a lot of weight to lose but I am determined to do it! If anyone is looking for someone to keep in contact with on a regular basis, im your guy!

I've done everything imaginable also but count calories!! So here I am, counting calories and lost 3 lbs in a week!! Got alot more to go, but I'm on the right track!! I could always use new friends!!0
