So do you guys take advantage of these club toe stores for your nutrition and if so what do you buy from there?
My Costco membership expired, but I just got a 60day BJ's membership and I was impressed with their selection of food.
I stocked up on Greek yogurt for the week ( Chobani 32oz for $4.99 X4), Perdue individually wrapped chicken breasts (a big pack @2.99lb) and a big packof what I thought was petit sirloin but is actually eye round steak (whatever it's less tasty but less fatty)
And 6 gallons of water. Also got a pack of spices for pretty cheap.

I go to Costco once every week or two I would say, and what I usually get:
 frozen strawberries
 frozen blueberries (for smoothies!)
 Plain and/or greek yogurt
 olive oil
 broccoli
 spinach
 fresh strawberries
 bananas
 cucumber
 avocados
 tomatoes
 almond milk
 tilapia
 sriracha sauce!
 quinoa
protein bars (I get the gluten free Smart for Life)
 hummus
 chicken breast
 coffee
and sometimes a bunch of stuff I don't need, or new things I want to try lol. Love Costco! But it's easy to lose some of the fresh stuff because it's in large quantities - and I live alone. But I try to use it all.0

We don't get much produce at BJs because it sucks at our location. But we do get tons of other stuff:
 Perdue chicken breast
 Harvestland chicken sausages
 Damascus sandwich wraps.
 Sandwich bread
 Coffee
 Babybel cheeses
 Plain Fage yogurt
 LOL deli cheese
 Eggs
 Frozen berries

I go weekly for a few things, but some stuff I only buy every month since its just me and the boyfriend. I typically get these items though...
Amylu Chicken Red Pepper Gouda burgers (delicious chopped up and on salads)
 Romaine lettuce
 Spring lettuce
 Finlandia Salsa Jack cheese
 Fuji apples
 Eggs
 Grapes
 Peppers
 Luna bars0
-
            All of their produce
Cheese in bulk (shredded, sliced, block) which I freeze in usable amounts
 Almond butter
 Baby formula, diapers, and wipes
I haven't been a Costco member long at all, but those are the things I've gotten so far that are worth the cost of the membership for our small family (2 adults and a 6-month-old).0
