I blend strawberry protein powder
half a banana
coconut milk and a half cup of plain non fat yogurt

Smoothies!! Plain or not, it tastes the same once its in a smoothie.
Oh yea, definitely. I use them in smoothies too. Blend yogurt (i use about 1.5-2 oz), with half cup milk, half banana, half cup other fruit (like strawberries, rasberries, or half a peach), and a tsp of chia seeds. Yummmo! You can throw oj in also in lieu of milk or half milk and half oj.
Also, google oldways crab yogurt cucumber dill soup recipe. Good and easy. Made a variation last night.0 -

I eat it plain all the time. I don't like the sickly sweet blended yogurts out there. Start your morning with the juice of several squeezed lemons in water. Drink that (with a straw) for a month or two. You'll find your taste buds adapting.
I'll add chocolate chips, coconut, some almonds, and a spritz of vanilla. Maybe a raspberry or two. Delicious every time!
Keep it on hand for smoothies, in place of mayo or crema, etc.0
