430 days, 4 shirt sizes, 18 inches from my waistline, the weight of the world plus 153 pounds I was carrying around are all gone. Thanks to a little hard work and better choices on my part and the support and motivation from the best group of pals on MFP, life is better than ever!

I've still got a long ways to go but I'm more confident than ever that I'll get there. To anyone starting their own journey, stick with it. If I can do it so can you!
