So... MFP deleted my last pictures because I wasn't "decent" enough. These are my new set of pics, I am wearing a bikini, hopefully this is acceptable??

Anyway I am glad to say I've reached my goal and lost the weight I was after and gained a little muscle:

    I use to be a size 12 UK now I’m a 8-10.

    I tried a lot of different things, but basically cardio only once a week, weight lifting twice a week and the diet was low sugar 1200-1500 cals.
