My recent Vs

I started at the end of January a sad, short, mess. 5'3", 240. Through progressive lifting (5x5s with the weight machines) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 30-60 mins of cardio Tuesday and Thursday, and tracking calories, I officially hit onederland last week, and am down 43+ lbs now.

Better than that, I'm down 2 sizes (18 to a loose 14), haven't stalled on my leg presses yet (445 tomorrow!), and I just started running in the evening. Tonight I did 2 miles! Me! 6 months ago I couldn't run a quarter mile!!

I still don't see a huge difference, even in pictures, but I have noticed that my stupid hip tattoo I got when I was 19 and swore I'd never have kids has started to creep back into place. :-)

Oh, and my underwear is falling off!
