I did a whole Insanity workout yesterday and only rested when I was supposed to! Does it make a difference what time of day you exercise? This was the first time I have exercised in the morning and my form was 10 times better and endurance.

So week four started off really well but getting closer and closer to the MAX workouts which I am a bit scared off!

    Great job! I do my workouts in the morning and find that it just works better for me that way. I just started the Max workouts this week and they are killer but fun! Good luck :)
