I've just discovered almond butter - Ah-mazing!!!! Can anyone suggest ideas to use it other than on celery sticks? (I am allergic to dairy, wheat & gluten).

Thanks guys.

I use nut butters in lots of ways. I love hazelnut butter. Especially gluten free baking (bread cookies etc)

My gluten dairy sugar free recipes are blogged here

Any way that you would eat peanut butter :) On apples/bananas, rice cakes, with a spoon from the jar lol. Gluten-free baking is great as well. Check out Pinterest. Do a search for "almond butter" titled boards. You'll find tons of recipes.

I add it to my post workout protein shake. Very yummy. Other than that I mainly eat it with apple slices
