It's August and HOT: your no cook recipes?
Holy cow, people. I live in Houston and today the temp is 99 with a heat index of 110. Even with the poor a/c running full time, it's HOT!!
I don't want to cook, I don't want to heat up the kitchen.....
What do you make when it's a bazillion degrees out? Bonus points if kids will eat it, too!

Spinach flavored tortilla, filled with cucumber, bell pepper, lettuce, and chicken ( precooked in deli section) and drizzle with a little honey mustard. I like it spicy so I add a little sriracha too. Sorry not exactly kid friendly.0

Taco Salad gets made A LOT in my house during the Texas summers. I will make chicken in the crockpot or brown up some ground turkey or if I don't feel like doing any of that, just use whatever beans are available. My favorite taco salad combo is chicken, lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, black olives, and avocado.0
