Need ideas for using chia seed

I have used chia seeds for the overnight oatmeal/yogurt-type of breakfast and also a fresh berry refrigerator jam. Other than sprinkling on salads and such, does anyone have any good ideas for incorporating chia seed? Thanks in advance!

    I mix it with greek yogurt. There are recipes on the web for it as a substitute for oatmeal by soaking it a liquid.
  • I was adding it to my oatmeal in the morning but it soaks up so much water and they become gelatinous, which I didn't like. I do like it in my yogurt though, they don't get soggy. I've also added it to my salads and protein shakes.

    I mix Chia seeds in my bedtime casein shake.
