Wow! What a difference a year makes.this time last year I would have easily knocked out 4 sets of 100. Unfortunately i kind of dropped off this last year. Now i'm 25 lbs heavier and out of shape. I barely made 4 sets of 50 each of which triggered a head ache. Thank you for this challenge, it was a real wake up call0
