I've got string cheese and those 100 calorie snack bags. Anything else you like that's easy?

As a treat I have the 138 calorie snack it is neopolitan wafer ice cream from Aldi. Very yummy and not too naughty0

Sugar-free Popsicles!0

Greek yogurt. Usually it's about 130 calories and full of protein. Soooooo good.0
-
I take a blueberry cinnamon pop cake (see below) and put 1/2tbsp of fat free cool whip on each one and sprikle with cinnamon and splenda on it (mix cinnamon and splenda together first, trust me).
I usually eat four of them so it ends up being 79 calories total.0 -
Ditto on the Greek Yogurt. Also, hard boiled eggs.0
-
1/4 cup chile lime roasted pepitas @ 140 calories0
-
I enjoy cheese sticks (light around 50-60 calories each), a serving of pretzels (around 110 calories for 20 depending on type you get) or Almonds (150 for 1 oz or so)0
-
berries, veggies and hummus, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, pickles0
-
A big bowl of sliced cucumber and cherry tomatoes, with a bit of salad cream or coleslaw.0
-
1/2 oz of raw almonds and a cup of cherries. Right around 150.0

Mixed olives. 5 of them only have 15 calories. But because they're so flavorful and have a bit of fat in them, they often satisfy me.
I also do string cheese for extra protein.
And definitely Chobani yogurt. Chobani has come out with new flavors and new sizes in recent weeks, and I'm working my way through them all to figure out what I like best!
Also fudgesicles or a piece of dark chocolate when I need something sweet.0 -
A bagel thin and a wedge of laughing cow cinnamon cheese0
-
I eat bananas like they're going out of style.0

Um, which 5 olives do you eat that only have 15 calories?0 -
Apple - sliced , cinnamon on top & 10 - 12 almonds
-
Banana - 1/2 tbsp natural PB, cinnamon on top
-
Homemade muffins
-
Sliced turkey breast with sliced red peppers, dab of hummus
-
Marys Gluten Free crackers (1 serving) or 1/2 Serving crackers with a little cheese0 -
I love cottage cheese with tomatoes, or with cucumbers...
sometimes I will just grab a bag of the sweet peppers and have a few of those too
I can use minimal parmesean cheese to fulfill that want for cheese- and its great on broiled tomatoes with balsamic and olive oil (just a drop) and fresh basil.
Carrot sticks and celery- sprinkle just a tad of dill on them and it gives it a little kick
Hardboiled egg or 3 whites
string cheese
Fiber One 90 calorie cookie or brownie (thank the baby Jesus for these)
Greek yogurt. YUMMMMMM.0 -
Vitatop Vitamuffins (especially deep chocolate flavor), 100 calories, very high in fiber-don't eat one BEFORE a workout! save for AFTER! :happy:0

Grapes (60 cals 1/2 cup), blueberries (40 cals 1/2 cup) , baby carrots (40 cals for about 10 pieces), almonds (each is 7 cals), tuna (60 - 120 per serving depending), wrap (just by itself, about 90 - 180 cals depending on brand), oats (1/2 cup is 150 cals). Greek yoghurt definitely if I wasn't dairy sensitive.0
-
protein powder- plain greek yogurt and fruit- blended
all in all it's about 240/250 calories- and I eat it half at a time.
Tons of protein- and tons of delicious.
Also- tuna
and trail mix- not at the same time- totally different snacks.
And eggs- I eat eggs like they are going out of style.0 -
