Noob from Vancouver

One of my coworkers shwoed me this site, and it looked pretty cool so i decided to sign up!

i've always been interested in fitness and nutrition; I work out about 3-4 times a week - my goal is to gain some more muscle

  • Hello there guys !I've just singed up here,and it seems awesome to know all the calories of the food you are eating. I think in that way,i can loose some weight :). i also exercise 4 days per week ,for like an hour, and with myfitnesspal ,i think i can get more fit !:). :happy:
