I'm looking for some good.home workout exercises. Any tip trying to lose inches and tone.

  • I really suggest checking out wello.com. With Wello, you can work out with a trainer live over two way video, like Skype. You just need a webcam and internet access.     Try youtube. Zuzkalight is amazing, super short and only does body weight exercises.

    I've lost all of my weight at home. I began by walking outdoors and started C25K and now run about 15 miles per week (I typically run 4 days/wk). I live in Michigan and even though the weather stinks sometimes (a lot of times) it can be done. I still enjoy walking. I recently started HIIT which is super easy and inexpensive to do at home. I do that about 2x/wk. I just use a yoga mat & a pair of 15 lb weights. Search HIIT workouts to design one that works for you. :) I like to rotate the following (after a 5 minute warm up and I cool down at the end):
    1 min Burpees
    1 min walking/dancing
    1 min Lunges & an arm exercise (at same time)
    1 min walking/dancing
    1 min Grapevine (very quickly & controlled)
    1 min walking/dancing
    1 min Hot Potato Squats
    1 min walking/dancing
    1 min Jumping Side Kicks/Punches
    I repeat this list 3 times at a very high intensity.
