Get back on track!

Hi,
I haven't been on here for about a month maybe more and I have completely fallen back into my old habits and haven't been paying attention to what I'm eating or my calorie intake. But summer is almost over and its seriously time for me to restart my diet and reach my goal!

I could really use some support and new friends :smile:

    I am in the same boat. I haven't been diligent for about a month and I am going back and forth about 7 lbs.
    I want to get back, too. I need to get back to Logging daily. Good Luck!

    I'm starting back again. I took a few days to look at things again. I have been running 3 miles 6 days a week and counting calories for 5 weeks. Total weight loss.....1 pound.....its no working! I'm trying again. Fingers crossed.
