    everyone being so lovely, i hardly see myself as an inspiration so when people say it it baffles me, but thank you so much! i think what i've noticed is i'm less of a pin head ha ha, my head to body ratio is a little better :P

    Great job!! What kind of meals are you preparing. I find it hard with my younger children and husband. I find junk food all around my house!! Any suggestions.

    i drink ALOT of water but i dont record it, i drink between 8-12 pints of water a day. im pretty sure thats my main help toward my weightloss, and also if i find my weight loss slowing i zig zag my calories for 3 days then resume with my 1200calories :)
