So we're having this cake at a baby shower & I'm concerned about my carb intake.

    stay away from the black sprinkles at the bottom they are dirty

    This is one of those special events---enjoy it and go back to your diet tomorrow. Lightening won't strike you from above for attending a baby shower and "touching" a piece of cake---OR just scrape the frosting off--I do because I do not like frosting.
